La radio pública estadounidense NPR Music, dio una lista de las que consideran, son las mejores 200 mejores canciones hechas por mujeres en lo que va del siglo XXI

La organización de medios, NPR Music, conformada por una red de 900 estaciones de radio publica en Estados Unidos, presentó la lista con las 200 mejores canciones de artistas femeninas de lo que van del siglo XXI.

Este ranking forma parte de Turning the Tables, un proyecto dedicado a la ampliación y corrección del canon en la música popular con tal de volverlo más incluyente y oportuno.

Las canciones que forman parte de la lista son de artistas cuyas principales contribuciones musicales se han producido después del primero de enero del año 2000 y han cambiado actitudes, desafiando los obstáculos y empujando el sonido en nuevas direcciones.
