El drama histórico reina en las nominaciones para la 83 edición de los premios, al cosechar hoy 12 candidaturas, dos más que el 'western' de los hermanos Coen 'True Grit'.

    La cuenta regresiva por el Oscar 2011 comenzó. Esta mañana la Academia de Hollywood reveló el listado de nombres de los nominados para la 83 edición del Oscar.

    El drama 'The King's Speech' reina en las nominaciones al cosechar hoy 12 candidaturas, dos más que el 'western' de los hermanos Coen 'True Grit', anunció. La cinta de ciencia ficción 'Inception' obtuvo 8 nominaciones, las mismas que una de las grandes favoritas, 'The Social Network' y una más que 'The Fighter'.

    '127 Hours' de Danny Boyle logró 6 menciones, mientras que 'Black Swan' de Darren Aronofsky consiguió 5, igual que 'Toy Story 3', que competirá por mejor película y mejor filme animado.

    'The Kids Are All Right' y 'Winter's Bone' obtuvieron 4 candidaturas, 'Alice in Wonderland' tres y la mexicana 'Biutiful' dos: mejor película extranjera y mejor actor (el español Javier Bardem).

    La breve ceremonia para dar a conocer las nominaciones tuvo lugar en la sede de la Academia de Hollywood, en Beverly Hills, y contó como presentadores con Tom Sherak, presidente de la organización, y la actriz Mo'Nique, ganadora de un óscar en 2010 por su papel en 'Precious'. La gala de entrega de las estatuillas se celebrará el próximo 27 de febrero en el teatro Kodak de Los ángeles.
